Founded by India Gary-Martin, The Town Hall Summit was borne out of a need for businesspeople to have access to the stories of leaders who are successfully navigating the multitude of crises that have occurred over the course of 2020.
In the first summit held in May 2020 - leaders from three continents came together to discuss a variety of topics from leading through crisis, to being a CEO/Founder during uncertainty, opportunities for innovation and the need for corporations to stay focused on diversity, equity, inclusion and corporate responsibility. The inaugural Town Hall Summit was free to the business public with over 800 attendees from North America, Europe and Africa.
The Town Hall Summit 2.0 features even more global business leaders and will tackle the challenges that the racial reckoning presents both for organizations and individuals, the myth that diverse talent is difficult to find, reimagining what diversity, equity and inclusion should look like and a conversation with CEO’s navigating the complexities of leading businesses through uncharted territory. The Town Hall Summit 2.0 will also be free to the business public.
